Interview with Dr. H. F. Elliot, a physician, who shares his observations on the medical history of the Coastal Bend area of South Texas from 1952 to 1972. He also discusses the hospitals, medical costs, his time as County Health Officer (1944-1955), Hurricane Carla, Aransas County Emergency Corps, school integration, the education system, and the Boy Scouts.
